Explore ways to move the body to create mindfulness and maintain healthy ergonomics while creating art. We will co-create movements to help your body maintain healthy function through all your artistic endeavors. Plan for an evening of gentle movement, wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind.
MAT PILATES

Come engage in a more gentle, yet still beneficial, form of Pilates, called Mat Pilates. Improve core strength and endurance while increasing general flexibility. Options for modifications make it fun and effective for any individual skill level. Please bring a thick Pilates mat or two or more yoga mats for extra padding.
YOGA

Practice an eclectic style of yoga designed for all levels. You will be guided through slow movement; static poses, breathing techniques, and meditative relaxation. Yoga helps with flexibility, strength, and often can help with metabolic functions. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.
